NHS Kent and Medway is seeking feedback from local people to help improve urgent care services across Maidstone, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Dartford and Gravesham and Swanley.
Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) play a vital role in providing same-day care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. They help relieve pressure on Emergency Departments while ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate support closer to home.
We are asking local residents, patients, carers, staff, and community organisations to share their experiences and priorities. This feedback will help the NHS better understand what matters most to the people who use these services and how UTCs can be made more accessible and responsive.
The online survey takes approximately 7–8 minutes to complete and will remain open until Monday 2 February 2026 at 9am.
Please share the survey link widely within your networks to help us reach as many people as possible: Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) Patient Survey – West Kent and Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley
