In the current environment we have taken the decision not to go ahead with our planned VE 75 celebrations on 8 May. However, as soon as the country is back up and running we will revive our plans and invite you all to help celebrate with us.
The event is FREE. To obtain tickets, please CLICK HERE. Please join us to celebrate 75 years since the end of World War II in Europe. This is an exclusive invitation for local residents of Hever, Markbeech and Four Elms and their friends and families. The event will take place by the lakeside in Hever Castle, on Friday 8th May from 6.30pm to 10pm. We will have a fabulous swing band Natty Congeroo and the Flames of Rhythm along with free boat rides on the lake. Bring a picnic or buy food and drinks at the event. If you would like to dress up 1940s style, please do so! The event is kindly being hosted by Hever Castle. We also thank all our supporters who have contributed to make this event possible. These include, Hever Parish Council, Hever Residents Association, Castle Triathlon, The Link Magazine, Three Spires Benefice, The Kentish Horse, ProCo, How Green Nursery, Falconhurst Farm Shop, The Henry, BookItBee and anonymous donors.
